Collectible antique made in India. Apparently it's for measuring the angle between 2 objects which I figured out, but otherwise I don't know anything about it.

This beautiful 8-day ship's clock and barometer set is from a family member's estate, obtained in Europe in the 1970's. and is in excellent condition. Clock is a Royal Mariner and rings ship bells. Cl
