This lot has 6 rhinestone buttons that have an acrylic base. The stones are set into the button base and the shape of the base is a dome. There are no missing stones and buttons have a slight dulling

 

THIS IS A RARE OLD PAPERWEIGHT BUTTON TRIO FEATURING BUSTS/HEADS...ONE HAS SOME "CANDY" EMBELLISHMENTS. OVERALL IN FINE CONDITION WITH LIGHT SURFACE WEAR. THE DESIGN OF THE PIECES IS SIMPLY WONDERFUL.
