This is a cute little set. The people are 5 1/2, 5, and 4" tall. They are made of rubbery feeling material. You can bend them , to pose them. The only thing I see wrong is the lady has something black

 

.The 4 saucers measure 3 1/4" dia (one has a flake on rim), 8 dishes measure 3 3/4" dia...some are marked Japan, others are unmarked...looks like the same style/pattern and color....very nice fill in
