This is a wonderful Brassbell Company 1994 Brass C & F Indoor Outdoor Thermor. It's Vintage in very good condition and with an awesome patina. It measures about 9 3/8" tall and about 2 5/8" wide.

 

Case is in good condition. There are some creases wear it bends to close. There are a few minor scuffs on the case. Ruler is in excellent condition.
