Up for auction is a antique Singer treadle sewing cast iron base. Nice condition. Very little surface rust and all four wheels are there and turn freely. Large wheel and peddle work great also. Early

 

First of all let me tell you that my expertise is in non-military buttons. I know very little about military ones. I did acquire a collector's card of French buttons from the reign of Napoleon III - 1

 

The thimble on the left has a bell engraved on the inside with a design on the outside. I don't know much about them except that they are fairly old...gave from a deceased relative. Posted with eBay M
