This is a cute little doll or childs purse. The frame is very ornate, and marked Ger. Silver. It has cut steel beads on the body, one hinge area has a small hole, and there may be missing beads here a

 

Lovely little metal buckle. Resembles a bust of Gainsborough era lady, circa 1780 or 90, but is probably from the first part of the 20th century. The tarnish does rub off, but I will leave that to the
