Stunning is this terrific vintage radio! First off, the Philco 53-563 is a real tour de force of mid-century styling. The exterior shell was lovingly restored using with custom-matched acrylic enamel.

 

This is a 1939 Lafayette Model JA7 tube radio. It has had the electronics refurbished. Faulty wiring and the power cord were replaced, most capacitors were replaced, and all out of tolerance resistors

 

This is a nice phone. It does show normal wear but works great. Bid with confidence.
