This is truly a lovely vintage necklace which I believe to be carved celluloid. It is ivory in color and has a large center flower surrounded by smaller types of flowers. It measures 2 and 1/4" long;

 

Both of these pieces have been tested using simichrome polish. The brooch is three-dimensional and I believe may have started out as something else. It is marked J. P. H.
