Beautiful Rare 1983 Elgin Natl Watch Co Pocketwatch. The watch is currently not working, but it appears to have all pieces. The serial number on the movement is 5076192, according the Elgin database,

 

Being sold "as is" for parts or repair. Good balance. The watch does not wind as it should (feels and sounds like a gear problem). The serial number dates this to approx. 1919. Size 12 with 15 jewels.
