Looks to me like this is a pretty complete set the case is not in that great of shape but it holds all the pieces it is an elementary set it even has the lead holder with spare pencil lead in it all p

 

An original 1930's (approximate) nurse's uniform complete along with a photo negative, bible, etc. I got this at an estate sale of a 90 year old woman. I'm not sure if it was hers or an older relative
