This is an antique copper Victorian, Tie Clasp/Clip. It's known to be about 90 years old--a unique piece of men's jewelry - with a link/bar elegantly designed chain. Dangling from the chain is a 1/2"

 

In lovely condition, only one spot, on the edge were some gold is chiped, top on fantastic condition.  Hand painted on porcelain, a wonderful 2 1/8" long x 1.75" wide brooch.  On a brass C clap back
