THIS IS A POND BOAT THAT WAS A BOY SCOUT PROJECT. POSSIBLY A MERIT BADGE. ITS PRIMITIVE IN THAT THE HULL, ALTHOUGH IS HOLLOW AND VERY LIGHT, HAS TOOL MARKS ON THE OUTER SURFACE. THE DECK IS WELL DONE
