These are very old Buoys. Some are wood, cork, hard plastic and styrofoam. There are 15 buoys the wooden ones are 6" long. The rope of them is 7 feet long.

 

This pulley is in as found condition. One of the small pulleys is missing. This is for parts or restore. Nice rustic piece. Thank you!
