Here is a hunters case movement by Illinois Watch Company c. 1893. It is 15 jewels 18s. Movement doesn't work and it is for parts only.

 

This watch will run when wound and has a Lever Style Time Set. The watch runs and the time adjusts properly. (Thanks to the help from a fellow eBayer) We don't know if the case is silver or white gold
