Battery operated portable 6 1/2" X 3 1/4" x 4 1/4". I could not test it since it runs on apparently obsolete battery types: Airline #62-23 D or A (1.5 volt) and Airline #62-43 or 62-10 B (67.5 volt).

 

From several lots of tubes previously purchased, here are three tested type JAN-CHS-5933 tubes made by Sylvania; one is a JAN-CHS-5933WA. These tubes test good on a Hickok 530 dynamic tube tester.
