Here we have a matching set of 4 vintage hand hooked round rug chair pads. These are from a very nice estate, the older adult children remembered these from their childhood and dated them to the 1940'

 

An antique dealer told me this is a prayer rug. I am taking their word for it as I know absolutely nothing about rugs so if this is incorrect I apoligize. I think it is made of wool and it is antique.
