This is a 17 inch doll marked Alexander. She has short red hair a beautiful face with rosy cheeks and when you squeeze her tummy she squeaks. I am unable to find a year on her. I do believe she is in

bigbend Store "Pussy Cat" by Madame Alexander. She was made in 1965. Very good condition. She still cries when you turn her over. Her sleepy eyes work very well.

 

This doll is marked on the back of the head "Alexander". I purchased this item together with some other items at an estate sale and don't know much about dolls. She is in good shape no cracks or break

 

It was introduced in 1997. It is one of the Madame Alexander Classics. It is in GOOD condition. The only thing that doesn't make it very good is that the doll's hair has some strands that are astray.
