Elgin, movement is 3/0, case is approx: 12 size. 15 jewel, SN# 20462296. No rust on the movement, watch is running and it has very, good, motion on the balance. Case is a B&B Royal, guaranteed 20

 

This is a mans watch, looks like silver and has metal marks but not sure, measures 46.7mm wide, keeps time for at least 6 hours when I checked, might run for longer, I didnt wind it up very much. I am
