This is an unusual guitar. Only of its kind that I have seen. Head stock is labeled "tonk special." It is made of all birch wood. From my research, this brand was made in Chicago in the early 1900s. T

 

Antique Violin. One piece back. Not in working condition. There looks like there was a label but it was removed. There are pencil markings inside. I am not a violin expert and have no further details.
