This is my mother's tiny doll -- it is absolutely adorable! It is bisque, with molded and painted golden hair, painted bright blue eyes, lightly drawn eyelashes, painted rosy cheeks and painted pursed

 

Up for auction is this rare doll. I have researched this doll the best I can and even though she isn't marked, it looks like she might be an Effanbee. I think she is from the 1930's. She has that wind
