The kit is new never pulled apart, and comes with two floors. I bought it a long time ago and it's been in the closet waiting for a daughter. It is complete but has been opened.

 

Vintage Marx dollhouse. It is not in perfect condition, has some rust, missing the chimney and one room divider. A few of the tabs on the top are broke but it does still stay together. Measures 33" lo
