Really a nice primitive piece. It is large measuring 9 1/2 inches tall by 7 inches wide. It is not super dark but definitely looks like it has some age on it. I think it is striking......I noticed it

 

Nice planter lid in very good shape. Cast Iron construction. Nice Deere Mansur trademark on top. Bottom has three patent dates the last being in 1901. It has a number "Y2002". It measures approx. 7 in
