For sale a fine looking early tool as shown - Appears to be a type of ice shaver - Length is 7-1/2 inches - tines are 1-1/2 inches across - The larger part of the nice handle is 2-1/2 inches in dia. -

 

Up for bid is a vintage Atha (horseshoe A marked) blacksmith, mason, tinsmith etc. chipping or scaling hammer in working condition. see pics for details. Approx. wt. is 23 oz. and it measures 12" long

Showing the earliest Mathieson mark. Stamped 1 and 5/8 on the heel (faint) for 5/8" sash bar. In good used condition, some slight bruising to the wedges. Good irons, one marked Hildick.

 

old. other than the information I found from a quick net search I know nothing about the saw. overall length: 15" blade length: 10" back length: 9 5/8" a rivet is missing from one side of the handle.
