Don't know the origin, but this wonderful balance scale comes with 6 weights from an oz to 2 lbs....original tin pan in good condition (minor appropriate wear ofcourse). I believe it is American? The

 

I think it is missing one weight- otherwise it's in excellent condition. 

 

Vintage Hermes Rocket typewriter keys all move as does the mechanisms for paper movement and return has the spools and ribbon although it will need to be replaced as it is dry I have not used this. Al
