howard n size watch runs winds and sets the winding stem will not open the front case cover also it pulls up a little to far may just need to be readjusted not sure but I do know when these were recas

 

This is a mans watch, looks like silver and has metal marks but not sure, measures 46.7mm wide, keeps time for at least 6 hours when I checked, might run for longer, I didnt wind it up very much. I am
