The best I can find on these little pieces this they are Royal Vienna Dollhouse Miniature Porcelain Portrait Ewer Pitchers. It says they where made from 1890-1900. The larger one is about 4 3/4 by 4 3

 

The frame measures approximately 12" X 18". There are chips and nicks on the frame and a few light scratches on the convex glass.
