I think this is a pretty head and looks like a child. There is a hairline in the shoulder plate, but it feels secure. There are 'freckles' that are from the factory on the shoulder plate - see 3rd pic

 

The doll is double faced. One side represents a female and the other side represents a male. It is very unique. The height is 9 1/2 inches. The doll joints all move and the private parts are anatomica
