This is a kueffel esser slide ruler with case. It was made in the usa. It is 12" long. Today after I took pictures to list this with the plastic parts above and below the slider part crumbled apart. I

 

Black leather case and interior blue velvet show signs of wear but the 12 instruments are in excellent condition. The small round case contains spare screws and washers.
