This phone belonged to my Dad. It's green and has a number 118 on the back with another number that says 8-83. I don't know if that's a date code.

 

I have what looks like a skunk a little under 3 inches long and 1 inch high. The skunk is signed in script hard to read. The companion piece, I think is a squirrel and from nose to tail about 4 inches
