This is rather wonderful old lace from an estate sale where things that have not seen the light of day in years were unearthed The Great Grandfather had had a small Mercantile store in the late 1890s

 

An old vintage french fashion style gown is up for auction today. This lovely hand sewn dress came off a 16" or 17" doll. No idea of whether it was original to the doll or not but it looked very nice.
