Up for auction is this Antique Victorian Pin/Brooch with Amethyst circa 1890s. I don't know much about jewelry but this comes from my mother's estate and she had an antique shop and this was labeled.

 

This is a lot of 8 antique and vintage brooches and one vintage locket. In the 2nd and 3rd photos is a goldtone filigree brooch 3 1/16" by 1 1/2" and closes with a fold-over c-clasp. Also gold filled
