This is a model F1 by Western Electric, Bell System rotary dial phone it has some light paint wear on the receiver cradle I do NOT KNOW whether it is in working condition

 

1973 CANDLESTICK PHONE, IT IS ROTARY AND IT DOES WORK,, I DON'T THINK THE BLACK CORD IS ORIGINAL BUT CAN BE REPLACED.. LITTLE RUBBER FEET ARE MISSING IN A COUPLE OF HOLES.
