I never saw the faint hairline on this gorgeous doll until her photo shoot. It goes across her nose and down the cheek to her mouth. It is so light, and definitely does not take away from her beauty.

 

According to my research Doll VIII began production in 1929. The doll is 21" tall with a swivel head and human hair wig. The slender body has sewn on arms (one usually bent) and legs with disc joints.

 

This 8" all porcelain beauty comes with a porcelain teddy bear. Her dress is silk pink taffeta. decorated with ecru cotton lace and blue ribbon. Her shoes and socks are painted on. Her dark brown hair
