This is an antique Weeden toy steam engine. I bought this at an estate sale, and I've only done cursory research. Enough to know this is a later Model 14, produced in the 1930's by the Weeden Manufact

All pieces are in excellent condition. There are 4 cups 5 saucers and 4 tea plates. There is an extra rust saucer but no cup for it making 15 pieces in all . Pastel painted on milk glass by Hazel Atla
