I'm listing several large vintage Bakelite brooches this week that are a fabulous examples of carving.This is a spectacular overdyed green piece deeply carved and pierced. Excellent condition. 2.25 in

 

Both of these pieces have been tested using simichrome polish. The brooch is three-dimensional and I believe may have started out as something else. It is marked J. P. H.
