This is a 1949 Pre-transitior portable radio Emerson Model 558, worked last time it was used several years ago, no batteries with the radio. No cracks or chips on the case. Latches work. Please ask if

A quirky and fun telephone in the shape of an airplane. I think it was made to represent the Canadian Regional Airlines which is now Air Canada. It measures approx. 9 3/4" long, 7 1/2" wide and 3 1/4"

 

This Wilcox Gay tube radio was made in approximately 1939. It has been nicely painted and plays well. Filter cap has been changed. Tubes all checked good. The best I could find on radiomuseum.org was

Beautiful, working Emerson radio from 1953. Very small.  Clean mahogany case.  Works perfectly. From a collection of radios that were stored in a clean, stable environment. Fantastic look!   Enjoy!
