This very handsome brass ash shovel is dated 1871, and would grace any small fireplace. It is 22 in. long. Condition is very good, used.

 

Up for auction is a very rare sad iron that I believe came from Spain. It is totally an antique and has the cast iron heat insert, very innovative for the time. This one seems to have a serial number
