This offer is a vintage Jeweler's or Silversmith's "Chasing Hammer". This hammer has a 1 1/4" dia. crowned face. The hammer is 10" long, and weighs about 6 oz. The top of the head is lightly stamped;

 

Nice old very small handheld vise... perhaps a jewelers or gunsmith or ?? Stamped " H DOKER " and measures only 3 5/8" long x 1 5/16" wide jaws. Needs cleaning , I used a soft brass brush just to see
