You are looking at a vintage Madame Alexander Doll. Measures 7.25" tall. Her name is "Spain". In good condition with minor wear, eyes are harder to open than usual. Thanks for looking!

 

This Madame Alexander~kins clown doll and dog are from Japan and my best guess is from the 1950s. Both are in great shape. I don't see any issues on either one except maybe slight fading from age. The
