I believe this to be an industrial model dated around the start of the 20th century. Not sure which model, but think it is from the Model 20's series. Heavy cast metal with gold highlight designs. It

 

Victorian buttons..... three 7/8" and nine 3/8 for a total of 12 buttons.. The buttons are in excellent condition
