The frame is 13" by 10.5" . It's missing 2 small pyramids 0n the right side. The picture inside is from 1912 . The Public School of Sprinddale NJ Overall in good condition.

 

This is a very unique item in absolutly perfect shape. From the 40's or very early fifty's this ashtray is 5" in length and has no visible signs of any use. A true collectors item it is totally unique
